Women from the African diaspora are disproportionately affected by high-grade and aggressive ovarian tumors. Black women continue to have lower survival rates and higher rates of recurrence than non-Hispanic white women, which is why September 23rd, “Teal Talk Day” is so important. Teal Talk Day was established to get people talking about ovarian cancer to raise awareness about early detection, signs, and symptoms.

To stand in solidarity with those committed to addressing the health and wellness of Black women nationally,

Revolutionary Wellness and The Luxe Beauty Experience  will collectively host an Ovarian Cancer Benefit Gala to support the Black Women’s Health Imperative, the oldest national organization dedicated solely to improving the health and wellness of our nation’s 21million Black women.

Join our efforts and place a silent auction bid or make a contribution today! All proceeds will be donated to the Black Women’s Health Imperative.
